What is an A cel? What is cel grading? |

When a cel is refered to as an 'A cel' it can occasionally mean the A-layer
but more often it refers to the general image qualtiy of a cel. This is known
as cel grading. Based on image size, art quality, expression and a variety of
other factors, cels can be given grades A, B, C and so on. For more
