What is a cel book? |

The term 'cel book' is used by collectors to refer to any portfolio used to store cels. The most common one in the English speaking community refers to a type with clear plastic pages glue/heat bound to a thick plastic spine/cover. One popular brand is Itoya. These 'cel books' are nothing more than art portfolios, with the exception of a few specially made for reproduction lines, there is nothing special that sets them apart as only 'cel books'.
