This sketch and signature was done on a printed promotional piece for the series Bakuretsu Tenshi, also known as Burst Angel. Only the silver colored parts are non-printed.
This piece was won as part of a Bakuretsu Tenshi set at Pacific Media Expo 2005. I wasn't the winner of the set, but a friend of mine was and very generously gifted this piece to me. It features Jo, who is my favorite character from the series, in profile. It offers a slightly higher level of detail than some of the other quick sketches Ohata has done with his signatures so I consider myself quite fortunate. Jo looks as tough as ever!
