Bubbles from Powerpuff Girls Z

Bubbles is my favorite of the Powerpuff Girls and I'm rather fond of how she came out in her Powerpuff Girls Z incarnation. (Yay ringlets!) Shimogasa is really good at creating both cute designs and bishounen characters. She was nice enough to give Bubbles some spot color, I think in part because she really wanted to promote the new series. I really like the way Bubbles is looking at the viewer in this sketch. It's amazing how simply Shimogasa can put together a wonderful drawing.
