Ousaka Hiroshi sadly passed away recently so in his memory, here is a signboard from him. In addition to his works on Gundam, he was one of the co-founders of BONES. He seemed to have a good feel for mecha as he also worked on RahXephon, Full Metal Alchemist, Escaflowne, Mars Daybreak, Cowboy Bebop and Jin-Roh. As such, I think a quick little Haro is fitting for his talents.
